Abundant Life Church is a nondenominational body of believers committed to reaching the Lewis-Clark Valley with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  We are a Spirit-filled, Bible believing, Faith teaching, Word church.  We study the Word, practice what we learn, and in the process, grow together.

 
 
WE BELIEVE
in the eternal happiness of the believer through the resurrection (John 5:24, 3:16),
and eternal punishment of the unbeliever.  (Mark 9:43-50; II Thessalonians 1:9)
 
WE BELIEVE
in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
 
WE BELIEVE
in sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit.
 
WE BELIEVE
in personal holiness, purity of heart and life.
 
WE BELIEVE
in water baptism and in the baptism in the Holy Spirit as separate from the New Birth.
We believe in speaking with tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4); and in the gifts of the Spirit;
and we believe in the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit.  We believe that all of these are available to believers.
 
WE BELIEVE
in the necessity of water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
(Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; 10:47-48)
 
WE BELIEVE
in the salvation of sinners by grace through repentant faith.
(Ephesians 2:8, 9; Hebrews 9:12, 22; Romans 5:11)
 
WE BELIEVE
that it is the will of God that each believer can be filled with the Spirit and speak with new tongues.
(Acts 1:8; 19:1-6)
 
WE BELIEVE
that every believer is given power to live a victorious and overcoming life.
(I John 5:4)
 
WE BELIEVE
in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit individually and corporately.
(I Corinthians 12 – 14)
 
WE BELIEVE
divine healing, through faith in the name of Jesus Christ and His redemptive work, is available for every believer.
(James 5:14; I Peter 2:24)
 
WE BELIEVE
in the redemptive work on the cross.  As believers we take Communion (or the Last Supper), in remembrance.
